DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
We do not take insurance at this time. However we do offer the option of providing you with a 'Super Bill' for you to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement
WHAT IS THE COST?
You will need to have a complete initial evaluation, which will take at least one hour. For future appointments the Doctor is flexible with finding a treatment plan to fit your budget.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY APPOINTMENT?
At your first evaluation your vitals will be taken prior to a comprehensive physical exam. Dr. Schuder will spend time listening to you, and determine what labs to order for your individual situation.Â
You will be directed to a third party laboratory, and schedule a follow up appointment to review the information with the doctor before making a diagnosis or treatment plan.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO BE SEEN?
Dr. Schuder is very understanding to patients financial situation and will never require you to come in for unnecessary appointments. However it is imperative that with the use of certain medications, the doctor does obtain vitals and discuss physical and emotional well being before refilling prescriptions. Usually the follow up time frames are about 3 months and can often be done in 30 45 or 60 minute increments depending upon the circumstances of each patient
